Jason joined the firm in April 2026, transitioning from a background in Criminal Prosecution to specialise in Criminal Defence. Known for his excellent interpersonal skills, he takes the time to fully understand each client’s perspective and instructions, to ensure advice is tailored to their individual circumstances.

Jason provides expert guidance throughout the criminal justice process, from initial contact at the Police station through the police interview, and across all stages in the Magistrates Court, from the first hearing to sentencing. At each stage, he carefully outlines available options based on the strength of the case, and acts decisively on his client’s instructions to achieve the best possible outcome.

His passion for criminal law was sparked during his Law Degree, and further deepened with a Masters Law Degree in ‘Criminal Law and Criminal Justice’, both obtained at the University of Birmingham. Jason holds Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Law and intends to extend this qualification to Criminal Law in the future, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in legal advocacy.
